"IM"/CHAT" Disabled, yahoo, gmail, Aim, Myspace... "NOW CHAT FREELY FROM ANYWHERE",without installing.

Now a days,in office, College & Schools, the "IM"chat services are disabled or blocked. When I was working with ONGC, my network Adminstrator , blocked the Yahoo messenger & Gmail chat. I was so used to chat over Internet with my friends & relatives abroad, so blocking chat service was very annoying to me, till I found "MEEBO".
MEEBO is a web based Instant Messaging service, where almost all the Messaging services are present. Just go to the www.meebo.com/ & log to your chat service with your ID, & start chatting instantly.



In using Meebo you don't have to install any application, likeYahoo Messenger, Google Talk, etc (Installing these Application takes lot of time, & if you are using a computer where these application are not present already, then installing new application is quite irritating).




You can also register to Meebo, to get a meebo ID for chat, or log with your Yahoo, gmail, MSN id's .......
Meebo is not only messenger service , it also works as a notifier, e.g if any body has sent you an offline message or mail , then Meebo will notify you on Start up, (as soon as you connect to Internet) without opening any Browser,like Internet Explorer.



You can use Meebo on your mobile phone also.
Another intresting feature meebo recently added, is Making your own Meebo Chat "Widget", for your Blog or Website. You can make a widget as you like, edit the colours, size, text,etc.. & copy the html link code, paste it on your Blog or Website. This Widget allows to chat with your visitors directly when you are online. Alternatively , visitors can leave an offline message for you.

** If your Adminstrator has blocked even Meebo also, then you can use "Meebo repeater". Meebo repeater is a small application that you can load in your pen drive & without installing any thing you can log to Meebo.
